Whether this is a life-long dream, a structured program for your teen or a goal-oriented activity to
enjoy with someone you care about, you'll find others at Bushido Karate who share the same
interests and objectives as you!

The discipline, respect for others and friendly environment found at Bushido Karate are an important
part of our,
and our students, success.

All students begin on our Introductory Program and it is during this time that you will begin to
practice and experience the tradition and wisdom of our school and our style. All Beginner Level
students are required to train in at least two (2) scheduled classes each week, be on time , be
courteous and respectful of our school, students and staff and try his or her best.

Beginner Level Curriculum includes traditional forms (kata), self-defense, kicks, blocks and strikes
and basic grappling techniques. These are the building blocks of a future martial artist at The Bushido
School of Karate. Sparring and weapons are introduced after the Beginner Level program has
ended, usually after 12 - 14 months of active training.

This may answer some of your questions, and you will find more valuable information about our style
on our About Us page -
but there is no substitute for just doing it!
